*now가 현재 완료형과 함께 '이제' 정도의 의미로 쓰이는 경우

It's been several months now : 이제 몇개월 됐네

 

* ever since 와 after that

It's been like that ever since : 그 이후로 쭉 그 상태

It became like that after that : 그러고 나서 그렇게 됐어
